I am highly overwhelmed with the work load I have, the husband deployed, this pregnancy and NO sleep. The Creative Process of Designing your bag can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes. To allow you the best experience and my attention to detail, I require APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Pick ups are on Friday only from 1-4. All Online orders will be shipped on Saturdays.
I appreciate all my clients, and enjoy sewing, but being a mom to my three little ones is my first responsibility. To give you the best experience and keep a routine with my family walk-ins are not acceptable.
Cancellations of Appointments are appreciated in 24 hours, but I understand emergencies happen. Just keep in mind I am running a home and business and have the same responsibilities.
Turn Around Time:
From the time order is placed, please allow 3-4 weeks for completion.
Payment:
Is due up front when order is placed. I accept Cash or Check. If you want to use paypal and are on island it must be arranged ahead of time and there is a 5% surcharge.
If off Island I will set up a custom listing for you on my etsy shop and you can use paypal with no fee.
